Choosing works for this playlist is a bit more personal, so my list won't work for everyone! I've selected music related to Hinduism for this week's playlist.
For this week's challenge, I used our database of Smithsonian Global Sounds, which includes thousands of recordings of music from around the world, especially folk and traditional musics, and the Contemporary World Music database trial, which adds more recent and less traditional musics. There's no filter by religion, but you can choose to see music from particular regions and genres, so I chose "sacred" as the genre and "India" as the geographic origin.
