Reserving a Group Study Room

UWM-Waukesha Library has six group study rooms available to reserve any time the library is open. Making a room reservation is easy! Simply walk up to the study room you wish to reserve, scan the QR code on the door, and follow the prompts. Helpful tips:

  • Study rooms can be reserved up to 2 weeks in advance
  • While Waukesha study rooms can be reserved for individual use, first priority is given to group requests
  • Reservations are limited to 4 hours per person per week
  • Rooms can be reserved in 30-minute increments (up to 2 hours at a time)
  • A group that is more than 15 minutes late forfeits their reservation
