Circulation (checking out books)
The Circulation Desk circulates all materials located in the general stacks collection.
UW System Borrowing
Borrow eligible materials from any University of Wisconsin library; items will be delivered to UWM for you.
Provides access to materials UWM Libraries does not own; take advantage of the faculty/grad rush option.
Some instructors place print materials on "reserve" for students in their courses. Search for the item and then ask for by call number at the Media & Reserve desk in the lower level, west wing.
User Services (formerly Research & Instructional Support)
Reference assistance, instructional services, and guidance in the use of library materials and collections.
UWM students, faculty & staff
can connect to most of the Libraries' subscription databases & electronic journals from off-campus
In order to access most resources, you will need to authenticate by entering your ePanther ID and password.
Grad students or faculty beginning a thesis, dissertation or new line of research or instruction may take advantage of our Research Consultation Service.
This is a no-cost advisory service to assist you with specific library research processes. A librarian will work with you to improve your search strategies and help to identify potentially useful resources for your research.
