Girls Rock MKE

Library Resources for Girls who Rock!

Welcome for Families

Welcome Girls Rock Campers and Grown-Ups!

The Golda Meir Library at UWM includes tens of thousands of books about music, scores, and recordings, as well as children's books and study spaces (and a coffee shop!). The library is open to the public, so you are welcome to come in whenever we're open to find materials, get a coffee, or just pass the time in a welcoming space.

Community Members can also purchase a Community Borrowing Card to check out materials.

As the Music and Performing Arts Librarian, I (Anna) am always happy to help you locate materials or answer questions about the library. You can contact me at

What Do You Want to Do?

Libraries like the UWM Library and your public library are full of amazing resources for musicians! The items below are just examples; we have SO many more books and other materials in each of these areas.
