Muse of Fire is a remarkable documentary that follows two actors, Dan Poole and Giles Terera, as they travel the world to find out everything they can about tackling the greatest writer of them all. “Together they have directed and produced an inspiring film that aims to demystify and illuminate Shakespeare’s work for everyone: from actors, directors, theatre goers, students, to the man on the street.”

The Globe Theatre has worked with the filmmakers to provide access to extended interviews with a growing collection of actors, directors, and technical folks about how and why Shakespeare has been a part of their personal and professional lives. There are 25 of them, including the likes of Tom Hiddleston, Dame Judy Dench, Cicely Berry, Baz Luhrmann, and James Earl Jones so far. You can watch them all at this website
