These slides were used during a time management workshop/pizza party. The workshop included a demonstration of making a study plan using the Pomodoro Method, followed by a study session practicing the method. During breaks, we had a raffle and snacks. At the end of the workshop, we brought in pizza.
Download the Pomodoro Method Planning Worksheet. Decide what you'd like to accomplish during each 25-minute block of time and write this as a measurable goal (see slides for an example). After each 25-minute block, reflect on what you accomplished. Then, take a 5-minute break. Once you have completed 4 study blocks (with short breaks), take a longer break.
