The UWM Libraries offers a retrieval service for many items in our collection. Use the Search@UW tool to pull up the record for a desired item, sign in (upper right) and then choose "Get It" and "Local Request" from the new box. Allow 1-2 working days for the item to be pulled and processed. An email notification will be sent when the item is ready to be picked up.
Library Workshops & Tours
To get help with your research, you can contact a librarian by calling the Research Help (Ask a Librarian) staff at (414) 229-4659 or by coming into any of the UWM Libraries (Milwaukee's Golda Meir Library, UWM at Waukesha Library, UWM at Washington County Library) during regular hours. For help 24/7, you can email or chat with a librarian. To set-up an appointment with a librarian, submit a Research Consultation request.
