Library of Congress Call Numbers Related to Japanese Studies

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Not all Library of Congress Call Number Classifications contain specific areas for Japanese-related materials.

Just one of many examples: The UWM Library owns many books on Japanese art, painting, sculpture, printmaking, etc. These call numbers usually will start with 'N' -- but there are no specific browsable areas (as shown in the box to the left). You'll need to do a search first via 'Search@UW' and then find the appropriate call numbers and call number ranges.
