1. Use the search strategy you used for finding articles
ex: nursing AND career
2. Gather information to locate your book - You'll need three things:
Call Number - write down the full number
Location - where in the library to find your book
Status - make sure the book is Not Checked Out
3. Retrieve your books
If your teacher has arranged for it, you may be able to check out books from the UWM Libraries. Otherwise, you can use the books in the library.
Use the call number from catalog to see where your book is. For example, if the call number starts with "A" the book will be on 3rd floor, southeast.
